An evening of breath, release & remembrance

Breath Cirlce

Breath Cirlce

Join Ashleigh McKenzie — breathwork facilitator, explorer and space holder, for a special evening that invites you to reconnect you to your own healing capacity through the power of breath.

Ash practices the pneumanity approach to breathwork: pneuma (the essence of breath) and humanity. This is an approach to breathwork and a philosophy developed by Dr. Ela Manga and inspired by the work of Breathwork Africa. "It is an approach to the field of modern breathwork that weaves timeless wisdom across all traditions in a way that is relevant and accessible to all." -Umoya, Dr Ela Manga.

This is an evening where we weaves science and ceremony together remembering the interconnectedness of all of life. Ash's sessions are grounded in knowledge and infused with deep presence, intuition, and care. She creates an environment where the breath becomes a gateway to discover, explore and hold with tenderness all that we are experiencing as humans living in this time in our own body.

What to expect
  • A short introduction to Conscious Connected Breathing: the science, the intention, the potential
  • Gentle movement and sound practices to open the body
  • A guided breath journey of just over an hour
  • A soft landing with grounding soup and an open sharing circle

This evening is a chance to hold yourself and be held in your wholeness, to alchemise, to remember and to reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within your bones.

Your breath knows the way back home.

Ashleigh holds space for diving deeper into connection with our own inner wisdom. Her greatest passion lies in holding space for remembrance and rediscovery of the innate healing power that already exists within us.

With a background in physiotherapy and training in Cranio-Sacral therapy, breathwork, yoga and somatic processing, Ashleigh approaches health as interconnected, communal and multidimensional. She supports both groups and individuals along their own journey of self discovery and remembrance.

Ashleigh is an experienced space holder. Her grounded presence and deep intuition create a compassionate environment for whatever needs to be felt, seen, heard, brought to the surface. With a curious and kind spirit she encourages that same curiosity and tenderness in her clients as they move through there own process.

Whether she is guiding a breath circle, chanting in ceremony, or supporting someone through a vulnerable moment, Ashleigh brings sensitivity, wisdom, and a deep reverence for the human experience. Her joy is found in holding space for us to soften, reconnect and remember our interconnectedness with all of life, our wholeness, our way home to the heart, to living from a place of deep respect, awe, and love for ourselves and all of life.
